Powerful! Share widely; it's so important to remind folks about our duty as citizens in a democracy. And thank you for calling out how nuanced our platform is. It's so easy to simplify complex issues, and I'm proud we advocate from a position of understanding.

can we go ahead and call Texas pro-Nazi.........or Nazi adjacent....Texas is .really in a new category cause Hitler didn't have blacks and Mexicans to annilate ......so we are having to kind of wing it

with woman's right though....we getting it down..Nazi style...crypto-chisto-whito-facio-nazio-racio Texas?

""The chair of Texas’ maternal mortality review committee expressed concerns Tuesday with recent changes to the body, including the Legislature’s elimination of the community advocate position and the Department of State Health Services commissioner’s recent appointment of an anti-abortion doctor to the committee."

Not sure if we aren't killing them fast enough or maybe there is too much publicity....look twd the future disbandment of the Committee thus allowing the issue to evaporate.

if u don't get the connection let me splain.....murders are down in Dallas and so i am guessing every other hamlet in Texas.....27% since last year...............so if they aint murdering each other off, and we know who they are............then the state will have to take up slack.....best way to ease into that is NOT talking about killing moms in some pesky committee where the public and press might get wind of what ur up too. So u get rid of the truth tellers and get an apparatchik who will tow the party line....

i am of the opinion that its not longer policy but messaging that matters......and here we are losing

noted...although i haven't seen any of these 'don't vote' gangs......

i guess u read them...here is a challenge to MD and any in the Messoplex

FWST carries stories that concern us.....................so lots of Opal Lee stories forinstance,, lots of True Texas stories that don't paint them in a good lite, .....and on and on..................................the editorials now run about 50/50 and u can even post ur comments at the bottom of any editorial

my fear is no lefty in FTW/Tarrant reads the FWST ....and so the paper has to lean right to get readers....

i never got the feeling anyone in leadership reads the FWST

and since no candidate or TCDP bothers to alert us lefties to any thing...its the only source for the following news story:

Gayden debated French in front of NAACP....even Chair Gayden didn't publicize this....

There was a protest downtown headed by Conservative Crackpot.....would have been nice to know Candidate Hunt or TCDP

so much happens that is reported in ur local news and NOT by ur potical leaders...Has anyone heard a word from TDP on any issue...Allred emails me twice a day, as does John Tester, and on an on

these are just the Opinions headlines today ;

"A Texas party is pitching extreme policy ideas, and it’s not just the one you think "- where the Conservative writers bash's Rs

"It’s time for answers, not excuses: Release full video of Tarrant County Jail death"

"Americans today are divided, not united, by public tragedies"

"It is always helpful when our neighbors show us how hateful and bigoted they are"

So if people want a more MOR point of view , i suggest ur local paper....

I'm sorry. I wish I had a better answer for you regarding Democratic visibility in Tarrant County and Texas overall.

Also, reading/subscribing to the local paper maybe something older voters do, but I am willing to bet young voters on either side of the aisle don't. Social media is becoming the best way to reach younger voters.

I am not asking u for answers.....other than do u have any readers in FTW or on TCDP?

if not i don't need to message here anymore........ . Where does LSL fit on the spectrum?

You may want to open MS browser home page .............i can see why some people would stop rite there thinking they are being told everything the need to know.

but u never read a review of our County Chair's face off with her R rival to an audience of maybe 100 if u didn't read the paper this week.

As Mr. T's says : 'I pity the fool"
