national party politics seems quaint here in the the lone star state of subjugation ....but is an interesting discussion....are nat Dems gaslighting US?.....https://www.unchartedblue.com/democratic-leaders-need-to-stop-gaslighting-voters-with-ridiculous-distraction-claims/
Here in Tarrant County i don't even know what Democracty looks like....I try to explain to my friends in Big D what a totalitarian county looks like....they can't grasp the idea, they have a govt that largely reflects who Dallas is......Tarrant does not
i heard a rumor that the now Chair quit the Chair in 2023 because the then wanna-be Chair's people asked her too or pressured her too....and when that wanna be Chair got tired of being Chair , she quit and gave it back to the quitter Chair, so the quitter who gave her chair over to the next quitter is now the Chair.....In fact we have had 3 administrations run by people who have quit mid-term.....Sounds a little "whose on 1st" for those who know that joke
A little known secret, but a special election for Chair is not a democratic event because only insiders get to chose....and u get on the short list cause the insiders know u already.....So in Tarrant county for 10 years the Chair has essentially been traded amongst a select few......with disastrous results for Texas and national Democracy
The net result and what every one cares about.....We Tarrant Dems never talk to voters..So busy are we with our poltical machinations we neglect actual voters. ....We ignore everybody so nobody but nobody votes.....
If TC is red, Texas stays red.
Texas is gonna be red for a long time to come if Tarrant doesn't talk to the Majority of its voters and non-voters ,,,,,aka Hispanics
Scudder knowingly or unknowingly played into that hand with his visits to TC....
