You are going to love the SD 09 candidate! I will be sitting with him tomorrow on stage at the Bernie/Beto rally. NTX Dems are going to help him out as SD 09 includes lots of the I 35 corridor that I am now in charge of as Regional Director of NTX Dems. But I have even more surprises for you coming in the next few weeks. Let’s just say, you are gonna be calling me pretty much weekly going forward. Our Irving Runoff was a microcosm of the entire state. There is a reason Irving is considered one of the most diverse cities in the country. Yes, even parts of it feel rural. But the pragmatic progressive message worked. I honed it with Kristi Lara. And her strategy worked.

It was big gamble beside we only had about 8 days to implement it before early voting happened. But what it did, cause we didn’t stop until 6:45 on Election Day, we turned out 500 new voters in a municipal race who always vote in November. We just had to ask.

And that is what we are going to do between now and November 2026, knock on every single democratic door. That is hard and our data isn’t great and with no party registration we need democrats to vote in the primary. But the groundwork has started all across North Texas with the incredible government overreach and West Texas Billionaire interference.

My goal this summer is to recruit precinct chairs who actually work in Farmers Branch, Irving, Valley Ranch, Coppell, Grapevine, Colleyville South Lake, Keller, and the Mid Cities. This is a desert zone but we are building!

And Arlington/Mansfield!!

Yes, luckily we are going to announce a southern corridor director next week!!! Arlington and Mansfield were going to be mine, but after my last meeting, and discussing how in Dallas County we are going to Tarrant County events, one of my amazing Ellis County contacts said, oh that makes sense! So they will take the southern corridor to include Ellis and the southern portion of Dallas and Tarrant counties, also desert zones right now. We are big giant counties with millions of millions of voters. It is just too big for any one county party.

I am now the regional director for North Texas Democrats. I work grassroots organizing in the I 35 corridor for Dallas and Tarrant Counties. The purpose is to supplement the county parties.

Clayton Tucker running for Ag Commissioner feels like Texas finally planting something that isn’t cancer corn or corporate bullshit. Sid Miller turned that office into a yeehaw infomercial for polluters and lobbyists. Tucker might actually understand that “agriculture” includes feeding children, not just feeding donors.

Also, if Nate Schatzline makes it to the Senate, I’m launching a GoFundMe to build a spiritual bunker. That man thinks governing means yelling “Jesus” at public education until it dies.

Appreciate this rundown. Texas politics is a mess, but at least now I know where to aim the holy water.

I hope you are feeling better. I don’t know if you are out of the hospital or not. Don’t forget your “me” time!

So I got my email from Texas Progressive but was dying to read what you thought about that because I really didn’t know if that was a good idea or not. I know he is a great leader but I thank you for your knowledge. Now, I can’t wait to see who else throws in their hat for different seats. I look forward to what you have to say about those.

On Wednesday Blue Texas will be in Bexar County for an organizing rally. I have mixed feelings about that. What are your thoughts. If Bexar County goes with this. I hope it’s a good decision. 💙

I'm home, thanks! And much better. 💙 This is an excellent move for Clayton Tucker and a great opportunity for Texas. He has been a fantastic leader of the Progressive Caucus and is leaving some big shoes to fill, but I do not doubt that whoever they pick will be up for the job.

As far as Blue Texas goes, they have the money and support, but they still have to prove themselves. I think everyone deserves a chance. Let me know how that goes.

I agree with “they still have to prove themselves” They were supposed to help BCDP last Presidential elections but they didn’t know what they were doing. The part I was most upset about was the turfs they made were undoable because they were not locals who knew the area. The previous chair basically let them go. The new chair, I don’t think she knows. Yes they have resources but they need to hire locals. That know San Antonio.

Konsultant Kendoll is managing things so he can get his $250,000 paycheck , annually,,,so he pussy foots around with people that can help secure that

who knows, maybe after he secures his paycheck he will be a revolutionary

he attached himself to Bernie and AOC....he himself has never espoused any political viewpoint that mirrors their values

PS: if ur someone active in ur community . be it Hood County or Caldwell County...u didn't get to chose Kendoll...he was brought to us by the SDEC....a combination of old Austin pols and near Austin pols or people that can afford to drive to Austin

its amazing how political representation wanes the more gallons of gas it takes to attend a meeting
