You'd think Smith having their records would clear their names if they did nothing wrong.
Based on the reactions of Senators Kennedy, Grassley, and Cruz, it seems they have a lot to worry about. Smith got the phone records for 44 senators that Trump talked to that day. And Kennedy, Grassley and Cruz were on the list. Same with donors. Same with Turning Point USA. Why does this sound like a conspiracy...oh wait! My conspiracy theory - if the Senate convicted and removed Trump after Jan 6th, they would have been investigated and put in prison. They can't NOT be in power - prison!
