I think we see what's going on here with Tim. Anyone who hits a nerve and starts getting too close to the truth is "disruptive" of Tim's self-serving contrivances meant to mimic popular representation rather than actually provide it. If Tim O'Hare kicks you out of the meeting and tries to intimidate you through use of the criminal law, then you know you are on the right track.
