Thanks for catching us up on the candidates. Because of your reporting, I found myself eager to hear the results of those in the RGV especially. It is a long road ahead, so "May the Odds Be Ever In Our Favor".

Now that we have the top.of the ticket sorted out, I hope they truly run as a coalition. Talarico, Hinojosa, Goodwin, Johnson and Turner all showing up together at bigger events, whether its Lubbock, Amarillo, San Antonio, McAllen etc. Talarico is the draw, but when the people come they get see all of them.

United is the only way we will break through.

Are you reading this Kendall???? 😁

I happy that 5/26/26 came and went. I needed to know the information you wrote about because I have no idea how to find it other than the clunky Secretary of State website! 😫

I’m bummed about Joe Jaworski‘s loss. 😭

I hope Texas will vote for Johnson. Johnson in office will not be as much fun as Joe would have been. 😒

🙏🏼 that we finally get a blue wave. At least with those at the top of the ticket. 🙏🏼😬

The Republicans on my ballot are SCARY!

Paxton

Middleton

DelaCruz

Wright

😱😱😱😱

Democratic candidates need to win up and down the ballot.

I was most happy for Adrian Reyna. His win was made me really happy. 😁

I hope that November 3 comes fast.

I will not make it to the State Convention after all so I am bummed. ☹️ I’m having surgery on June 11. 🤕 I will be ready to work as soon as I get the green light. 💪🏼

Cornyn, as expected, will not be going rogue like Massie. He will support Republicans. Which means, he is a lobbyist and his donors are going to try and use him to influence Congress. So, he needs to be bland and effective for them.

I was surprised at the margin of victory. Truly Republican voters have abandoned any sense of right and wrong, and thrown their ethics to the wind.

SO sorry, Michelle! I read this avidly but couldn't post because I had a big appt to be ready for today. Just shared on bsky, lol. This one was fabulous!!! I think I'll read it again right now.

Thank you for keeping up with the details I would never be able to get straight!

My concerns: Democrats did as much damage to themselves as they possibly could by running extremely talented candidates against each other!

Just off the top I can think of three races which did this:

Talarico/Crockett

Allred/Johnson

Menefee/Green

Every one of these people deserves a seat at the table!

I realize redistricting was a problem! No, I do not have an answer for that! I’m not a visionary, just a voter.

I hope that Talarico can mend fences within the black community. We need all the votes!
