I’ve been thinking about it a lot, and I think this is the best place to put my History degree to use. Unfortunately, because of Republicans, they teach our children even less in school now than we learned. It’s sad. But also why the SBOE elections are so important.
I appreciate it. There are so many Historical Events that don’t get discussed enough. As a matter of fact. Since I was a teacher my sons would get History lessons from me in the summer. They did not get it in their elementary school.
Had so much fun this morning, as tired as I was from election night with Clayton Tucker and Amy Martizez-Salas in Falls County. I can’t wait to write about it! So many Republicans will love them. We just find coalitions and common sense. Yes both are progressives but we don’t say that too loud just talk about the issues and there you go. We have them on board!
Thanks for the great summary of everything going on and for your stirring words at the end stating your personal call to action. You should clone yourself and dole out your copies to other states to bolster the progressive movements there.

One thing I’m going to be pushing for tonight is a moratorium on data centers. If you want to get rural Texas on our side, that’s the way to do it.
