Have you ever been there? It was super nice. One of the nicest buildings I’ve seen in Dallas. The billionaire paid good money to fix it up.

Yes, Dallas Urban Debate Alliance uses it for debate competitions. My students have debated in that space. It’s nicer than Parliament.
