I live in a neighborhood where Beto's signs beat Cruz by 3-1 and Biden signs beat Tump 2-1. In 2020 I had the only Dem Congressman and the only Dem County Judge yard sign in my zip code. That is ONE residence in entirity of the 76109. same for the Mayor's race last May when my sitting MAGA city councilman ran UNOPPOSED. Both he and the incumbent Mayor let everone know they were Republican MAGA and Maga-lite candidates. Hear me when i tell u this...THERE WAS NO POINT IN VOTING IN MAY'S CITY COUNCIL ELECTION. There was no point in driving the 2 blocks to go vote. There was no name on the ballot to vote for.
we’re definitely in the same district, and although frustrating, i was more disturbed and absolutely appalled at nearly every other district who either had a democratic challenger that had little to no endorsements or support from the TCDP... OR had zero dem candidates in the running!
and the midterms were just as depressing - especially concerning the race between phil sorrells and tiffany burks, who the TCDP refused to endorse solely because they were sorely butt hurt over the fact that “their guy”, albert roberts, lost to tiffany in the primary. and yet despite knowing sorrells’ reputation as a morally bankrupt MAGA man, as well as an o’hare bootlicker, the TCDP did absolutely NOTHING to help prevent a phil sorrells victory.
and mind you, this isn’t my first time questioning this, but i have to wonder what the TCDP actually does? some may think that my asking such a question is insensitive +/or severally i’ll-informed, but from where i sit i honestly can’t think of one major contribution made or any quantifiable actions taken that proves they’re dedicated to turning this deep red county around.

You must be in Nate Schatzline's district.
