Go with the new maps. There will be no injunction issued and the new maps go into effect Dec 8. We will not have a ruling on the 2021 case which is all about how bad the existing maps are. We will not get a ruling on the 2025 maps. It is called delay delay then SCOTUS fealty to the Orange Idol. I know it sucks, it is awful but instead of focusing on the courts saving us, we need to start organizing and running in all 254 counties and the blue counties need to start acting like they are 10 points behind in every race. We need to stop fighting democrats in blue counties and start using all that money to fund races in red districts. Anyone who demands fealty whether a Democrat or a Republican needs to go. We need to stop this fucking purity politics and start talking about issues and focusing on community.

District 21 member here, whether it's old or new maps. Thank you for highlighting Vanberg. It will be a very tough fight, but better to fight than to keep leaving a void. I remember when this district was getting bluer. A little too close for comfort for Chip Roy. It was great to have that energy around.

Immigration and Education will come up alot in this district. But due to the current policies, there are more people who are understanding the need for Special Education support, and major immigration reform. I have heard people who vote red, make comments I never thought I would hear. " ICE is going after low hanging fruit". "They weren't supposed to go after people who had been here for years."

And, of course the need for FEMA and natural disaster response. Kerr County is in this district. FEMA money is what paid for all of the out of state, and out of country support. And guess who votes to defund FEMA??? And there are alot of receipts.

In March Chip Roy was invited to a town hall in Dripping Springs. Of course he didn't show but a lot of other locals did. This part of Texas that is known for spring fed swimming holes and creeks is drying up. But Chip Roy and Greg Abbott have invited data centers to come in and suck out what water is left. People are mad about that. https://www.reginavanburg.com/

the paper for Tarrant County, FWST , has 36k subscribers, old people mainly.White, Right.

they have no incentive to report on SNAP benefit cuts or HC cuts

Tarrant County Democratic Party and its leader Allsion Campolo have no relationship with the publisher, Steve Coffman , any editors and any commentators and thus can't perusade FWST to report on matters of concern to 1/2 the county.

i';d be interested on ur thoughts....Telles penned a dear leader acceptance speech BTW...I guess he got a decent salary although we are cluesless as to that...remember 6 or so months ago we were so broke that Tarrant County Democratic Party suspended operations.

and then the party under Allison Campolo made these unsubstantiated claims....among them that we are comptetive , which we are not

and offered no info how much money she has raised in the last 6 months..

i have no CD 12 candidate, no Tx House 97 candidate, no SS candidate.

that is not 'competitive"

i don't rightly know...haven't heard from a candidate since Powell unceremoniously quit.....seems to be a theme in FTW....that was Dist. 10 then, don't know what district i am in now....

not rcvd an email from any candidate or any info in the party weekly bulletin...

which u might think would be a good place to announce new candidates including the 2 CD-12's u mentioned but that i can find no intel on

at least i know where to look...imagine the 250k Dems who don't vote...are they really going to look up balletopdedia?

I categorize Allison 2.0 as a fail

love to know Telles's compensation from a party that spent NO money on pct chairs.....

reading Telles resume , i think he would be a fine addition to a functioning big city enterprise

TCDP has about $200K , probably less........and no outreach to the the voters that matter, and leadership that quit once....

better he runs for chair than take direction from rerun allison
