I'll look into it. I think a the biggest problem in the panhandle is that Hispanic communities are not turning out to vote. If we can change that substantially, then the panhandle looks like a completely different place

The Hispanic community is a hard community. This is what a Hispanic womenтАЩs activist has told me. The families tend to vote for whoever their grandfather or father tells them to vote for. With the population being heavily catholic, many will do what the Catholic Church tells them to do.
