Do we think this over performance can also apply to the state Supreme Court races and the state senate. I am just a bit worried because the supreme court will either act as a buffer blocking anything Dems would do if they capture the executive and legislative alongside with rubber stamping a lot of republican shennigans. Something that worries me a lot is the Judiciary is gonna be the next problem to tolerate if we do have dems winning the executive and legislature.

Thank you Michelle!

Now we just need people to get out the vote! November is a long way away! 😅

I knoooow everyone wants their guy mentioned, but in Denton County, I'm watching 57. I also know primary votes aren't a direct indicator of general election performance, but Ray Stith, a West Point grad and former Army defensive back got more primary votes than the republican and both were unopposed. The district wraps around the city of Denton, catching a few southern precincts, but the Little Elm area is tracking more and more left. Alas, I'm in 64 and I LOVE Julie, but asking the city of Denton to make up for the entirety of Wise County is a tall order.
