Am I correct that the third reading the no carbon tax proposed constitutional amendment was postponed? So I can call my rep tomorrow to explain why she should vote no?
Yes, it was postponed until Thursday. I planned on doing an update tomorrow on that and school finance. It was delayed because he doesn't have the votes yet; he needs 100. I called my Rep and told him to vote no on the third reading, even though he did on the second.
Alders will still need 100 votes to pass it. He would need Democrats. We need all of them to vote no.
Some of these votes surprised me. They probably just need a reminder about what Democratic voters expect. 🤷🏻♀️
