Makes great sense. Get the votes where the votes are. As my Neigbor to the East has proven, you can be a large metropolitan Democratic redoubt if your Dem voters vote. I am repeating much of what Michele has said but I speak as an everyman with some politcal savy. In Tarrant County Beto didn't show up but once. I learned of this visit only after the fact. And his yard signs never showed up. in 2018 in my neighborhood you could body surf across Beto yard signs. 2022 none. What happened? I dunno and there is no one to ask at the County Party. I will disagree with alot of Dems but abortion is not the issue amongst the growing Hispanic vote....Did i mention they are about 75% Catholic and very much sill culturally patriarchal. There are tons of issues related to marternal mortality and Health Care in general however that any low income voter would support by voting if they were only made aware. . No Tarrant voter was ever confronted by any Dem telling how to get their well deserved Obamacare with massive subsidies and no Dem ever took credit or bothered to explain how we actually expanded Mediaid for Mom's with newborns. When they get a benefit they have no idea who to credit. We have new Chair as of last Saturday and yet there is no publicity about that and she has not posted her plans anywhere. She has had a month to think about it.....and no publised plans.....heh Crystal i published my plans here...steal em!!!!! So Tarrant County remains red even as we have more registered voters because we continure to lack any kind of leadership. We Tarrant County Party Dems patently refuse to engage voters where they live on the issues they care about.

I don't know what the deal was with Beto for 2022. People were begging him to put ads on the air to counter Greg Abbott's in west Texas and he was late opening offices along the border. I know he had the money. I was so disappointed.
